FlexPay Furniture Refund Policy

  1. Refunds on Ordered Items: When you place an order with FlexPay Furniture, we commit to providing you the best service possible. However, we understand that there might be times when you need to cancel an order. In such cases, we will provide a refund, but a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers transaction and handling costs associated with the cancellation of your order.

  2. Refunds on Non-Available Items: In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. In this circumstance, no fees will be charged, and you will receive a complete refund of the amount paid.

  3. Return Due to Fitting Issues: We understand that there may be instances when the furniture item you ordered cannot be successfully delivered and fitted through your door. Should this situation arise upon delivery, we will return the item to our warehouse. We offer two options to manage these instances:

    1. We can apply a 15% restocking fee and refund the remaining amount. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with transport, receiving, inspecting, and restocking the item.

    2. Alternatively, we can issue a full store credit for the total amount of the item, with no deductions. You can use this credit to purchase a different item from our store that suits your requirements better.

    We aim to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible and appreciate your understanding in such scenarios.

Please note that once you have received your order, no refunds can be initiated. However, as described in our 'Return Due to Fitting Issues' policy, we can offer a full store credit or a refund minus a 15% restocking fee if we encounter fitting issues during delivery. The choice between store credit or a partial refund will be yours to make.

If a store credit is chosen, it will be issued within 3-5 business days from when we receive the returned item at our warehouse. In case of a partial refund, the amount (less the restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days from when we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
